(July 25, 2008) IKEA-Montour Trail ½ Marathon and 5K Run and Walk: Every year since 1996, The Montour Trail Council and IKEA have cooperated to present this a half marathon (13.1) miles, a 5K race (3.1 miles), and an untimed 5K walk (3.1 miles). (September 6, 2008) Tour the Montour: Choose from fun rides of 6, 12, 18, 24, and 44 miles. (September 20, 2008) Bethel/Peters/South Hills Penny Day: Clean out your penny stash to help maintain the trail! Winner does not need to be present to win.
