Peters Township’s Montour Trail volunteers will be accepting donations of any kind, from pennies to dollars to checks, on Saturday, October 3, from 9 am to 1 pm, at the following locations:
- Top of the bridge near Peters Township Sanitary Authority
- Arrowhead Trail at Parea Gyro
- Brush Run Trailhead
Donations will be used to fund maintenance supplies: cutting grass, pruning trees and controlling the never-ending growth of weeds. Montour Trail Council does not receive community or government funding for everyday operations.
