    The public is formally invited to the Montour Trail Coraopolis connector Grand Opening on Saturday, September 19, at 10:00 AM at the Montour Trail Mile 0.0 trailhead (parking off Montour-Coketown Road, Moon Township). There will be a short ceremony and a ribbon cutting. The .8-mile Coraopolis connector will give Montour Trail users a direct connection to downtown Coraopolis and its many amenities. Montour Trail Council volunteers will name the garage at Kurnick trailhead in his honor, to mark the the significant contributions he made to the trail.
