The McConnell parking lot (MM 24.9) is closed now and possibly through April. The maintenance crew is using it as a holding site for materials that will improve another nearby section of trail. You can find alternate parking at Kurnick and Ridgewood. https://montourtrail.org/trailheads-2/
TRAIL ALERT: MM 1.6 and 4.5, Airport area (Moon and Robinson) Recent heavy rains have damaged sewage pipes along Montour Run Stream. Both Moon and Robinson municipal authorities are working with contractors to make needed repairs. Be cautious in these areas, as there may be temporary ramps, bypass sections of pipe laying across the trail, and work crews with trucks and heavy equipment.
