Along the Airport connector beyond the mainline MM 7.8, work began in early August to replace the Clinton Enlow Bridge, which is near MM A-0.9. The bridge itself will be closed to all traffic beginning October 13, for a month. There is not a viable on-road detour. The trail and the new bridge is tentatively scheduled to reopen on November 14.
A section of Montour Trail in the Airport area will be closed all day next Monday, October 27. Workers will be stationed near the Forest Grove Sportsman Club near MM 1.5, and there will be no detour around this. That trail section will re-open Tuesday morning.
