Join us for a Community Bike Ride on October 11 to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage and connect with our globally minded community. Montour Trail is the host partner.
The ride’s theme is Human Rights. Along the route, we’ll pause for Global Stop Talks: short, meaningful conversations discussing human rights and spotlighting local, national, and international efforts to protect human rights. Plus, we’ll stop for ice cream (first scoop on us!).
The starting point is Cecil Township Municipal Building & Generations Senior Center, 3599 Millers Run Rd, Cecil PA 15057.
This is a no-drop ride that welcomes all paces, and we’ll take breaks along the way to hear from our speakers. Riders of all skill levels are welcome, and we invite you to bring your friends. Register today to reserve your FREE spot.
The event is organized by the World Affairs Council, an independent, nonpartisan, nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting a deeper understanding of key international issues that affect our community and world. Its programming is designed to foster global mindedness and global connectivity in Pittsburgh. Other partners include Women and Girls Foundation and Global Links.
