The Montour Trail has teamed up with outdoor-services store Public Lands to hold a regional rail-trail summit on April 1, 2023 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. Regional western Pennsylvania trails will be set up throughout the store to provide information including maps, merchandise, and trail details. This pleasant 5K out-and-back run, all on the Montour Trail, begins 800 feet north of the Trail’s J. R. Taylor Memorial Bridge over Clifton Road in Bethel Park, near Washington Elementary School and Al's Cafe.   It offers chipped timing, t-shirts, medals, and door prizes - and Bethel Bakery cookies!
