Montour Trail MM 0All Trail users (and their bicycles) are invited to the annual Montour Trail Council Bicycle Blessing on Saturday, April 26 at Mile 0 of the Montour Trail. The event begins at 10 a.m. Parking is conveniently nearby, just off Route 51 near Coraopolis. After the blessing, cyclists can proceed to the Trail for a ride. The rain date is May 3.
Trail Maintenance Work Scheduled
The Montour Trail volunteer maintenance crew will be working this week between MM 14.5 & MM 17 in the McDonald area. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday, May 5-9, there will be large equipment on the trail as the crew clears ditches and cuts back brush. All trail users should use caution when passing equipment, even if it means dismounting your bike.
