The Gill Hall Trailhead parking lot at MM 40.6 is permanently closed. However, the camping area is still available for use.

Trail Construction, Findlay Township
The MTC all-volunteer work crew will have a significant presence on the Trail in mid- to late-July in the north section, specifically in and around the Findlay Township activity center. There will be large equipment on the trail, so please use caution as you walk (your bike) around the equipment. Help to keep us all safe -- both volunteer workers and your fellow Montour Trail users.
Route 51 Crossing Detour
JEFFERSON HILLS, Pa. — Two weekend closures of Route 51 in Jefferson Hills are planned for bridge beam installation as part of the Mon-Fayette Expressway project, according to the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission.
